Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund if:

• You request within 30 days of your credit pack purchase
• You have not exceeded 50 page exports using the purchased credits
• You have not previously received a refund from us

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@cursivegenerator.tech with your account email and reason for the refund request. We process requests within 5-7 business days.

Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Other payment methods may vary.

Credit Pack Expiration

Credit packs are valid for 30 days from purchase. Unused credits expire after 30 days and cannot be refunded. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time.
